Where do I even begin?! I first contacted Tracy in May to let her know that my fiance and I were interested in purchasing our first home. We had absolutely no idea what the process looked like or how we start it, and Tracy was able to sit with us, and explain from A to Z the entire process. The market started getting extremely competitive right about the same time we started our hunt, but Tracy did not let that effect our desire to be homeowners. She worked countless hours searching for our perfect home, driving to all areas of town to show us our options, months on end. We are just a few days away from closing on our purchase and I am so thankful that Tracy was with us every step of the way. Home buying is one of the most emotionally exhausting journeys I have ever been on, and so many bumps in the road can occur. It is important to have someone on your side that you trust, that is willing to fight for you and what you deserve, and is willing to work with you as if you are their only client and THAT is exactly what Tracy did for us. She made me feel as if I was a family friend, someone she had known for years, and I never felt as though I was competing for her time against other clients of hers. THE BEST.
